HIRE QUESTIONS

No, security deposits are not required.

We will always try and accommodate your hire dates offer. Please email us for special arrangements with your required dates

We offer the opportunity to purchase the item(s) you have hired from us (subject to availability). If you are interested, email us with your order no. & we will send you a quote.

Yes (subject to availability) please contact us to arrange. Please note for any exchanges you will need to pay the new delivery charge fee. Payment must be made by contacting hello@adventurekithire.co.uk.

The replacement hire item (subject to availability) will not be issued until the original hire item has been received back and the new delivery charge fee payment has been cleared.

You may cancel your order placed with us within 14 days from the date of the Acknowledgement Email. However, your right to cancel expires on the date on which the Item is dispatched to you, provided the cancellation notice is received and accepted by us before the item has been despatched and delivery charges have been incurred, or the date on which it is ready for collection, as applicable. After this time, any hire cancellation will be permitted only at our absolute discretion. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this. Please refer to our T&Cs for more details.

Please report any pre-existing damage by emailing us as soon as you can with an image(s) and we will then contact you to discuss. 

You may be charged for damages as outlined in our T&Cs. Please refer to our T&Cs for more details.

Yes, please return the Item in a clean and tidy condition, as applicable depending on the item hired. Please follow ‘How to clean’ guides, if available & applicable.

Yes, on our hire products the shipping fees include Delivery, Returns, Packaging & Servicing.

  • On smaller items the returns label is included and you return via a drop off shop.
  • On larger items the return is a collection from chosen address. 

Our returns process varies for different items:

  • Smaller Items such as Ski Wear, Wetsuits, Camp & Hike items –we provide you with a DPD pre paid label or QR code and then your return via dropping off at your local DPD pick up shop

  • Larger Items such as Trailers, Strollers, Bike Boxes, Turbo Trainers – after your hire you book a collection our website (link here) and we then arrange with one of our couriers (DPD, DHL or Fedex) to collect from your chosen address 

Return instructions are included in the hire booklet / information sheet you receive with your delivery and are also emailed to you

BUY/SHOP QUESTIONS

This policy is for shop purchases only (i.e not hire purchases) If you wish to return your shop purchase, we have a 14 day return policy. Refunds are strictly not accepted on Ex-Demo / Pre Loved products.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING QUESTIONS

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information.

Yes, when you get to the checkout page you should have the option for ‘delivery’ or ‘pick up’. If you wish to collect please select ‘pick up’ when you order and we will contact you when its ready to collect. 

Please email us immediately if your order is delayed.

Shipping costs vary per item depending on their size. Also shipping costs vary for hire items and shop purchase items.

We do also offer express shipping options for additional charges.  Please refer to our shipping page for more details.
