You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information.
Our returns process varies for different
items:
- Smaller Items such as Ski Wear, Wetsuits, Camp & Hike items –we provide you with a DPD pre paid label or QR code and then your return via dropping off at your local DPD pick up shop
- Larger Items such as Trailers, Strollers, Bike Boxes, Turbo Trainers – after your hire you book a collection our website (link here) and we then arrange with one of our couriers (DPD, DHL or Fedex) to collect from your chosen address
Return instructions are included in the
hire booklet / information sheet you receive with your delivery and are also
emailed to you
We offer the opportunity to purchase the
item(s) you have hired from us (subject to availability). If you are interested, email us with your order no. & we will send you a quote.
If you would like to keep your item(s) longer, please book a hire extension
